@itsmebeazy @ATTHelp We are about to switch to @verizon as well. Nearly everyone ive talked to on Long Island has Verizon or TMobile because theyre the only 2 that work here. Coverage map is all blue.. which is a lie. Because I have 1 bar or no bars ALL the time and it never works.

I have a bad habit of using sh*tty company’s. 1. @sprint 2. @ATT than finally got a great company with @verizon 3. @ADT where takes their techs 2 months to fix issues. And 4. @MyBobs where you buy furniture that falls apart after a month and they don’t care

So after fighting with @ATT for 11 months of the worst service ever I had to switch to @verizon which has been the best service. Now @ATT wants to send me to collections for $1836.36. Be aware @ATT only cares about money not customers. They can care less if you have service

@ATT worst customer service. They do t care if you have issues. All they care about is money. They expect you to pay your bill in full even though your service is awaful. When you tell them your goi g to switch they hang the phone up on you.

With @ATT you get UNLIMITED dropped calls, UNLIMITED texts that don’t go through, UNLIMITED trying to hear the person your speaking to and UNLIMITED customer service who don’t give a crap about your deplorable service but expect you to pay bill in full!! #awfulservice

@ATT I don't know how yall have managed it but the 5g+ might genuinely be slower than 4glte. Please do not allow our phones to use the 5g+ until yall have finished getting it set up, it is unbelievably slow. While it gave me 35mb down, it didn't even give me 1mb up. #att5gplus
