    Cooking Light Five Star Recipes

    It was everything I hoped it would be. It has great recipes some are easy some not so easy. I have tried two of them and they came out looking like the pictures. In fact I made the one on the cover, DO NOT make the same mistake I did by over cooking the shells. The dessert tasted great but the shells were tough. We just laughed about it and ate them like cookies.

    Amazing recipes---tasty, gourmet, EASY, and HEALTHY!

    I use different recipes from here weekly (if not daily). I love "Cooking Light" for EASY gourmet (delicious) yet healthy recipes! Who wants to be hunting exotic ingredients or blowing their diet? Not me. I'll stick with "Cooking Light." Recommended for ANYONE wanting to eat tasty and HEALTHFULLY!My recipe for wt. loss (fresh clean foods and 1200 calories/day).

    Cooking Light Five Star Recipes

    Recipes were easy to follow. Loved the fact that there was nutritional information for each recipe. Most recipes contained ingredients that I always had on hand so there was no running to the store to buy special ingredients.

    I was looking for a specific cooking light and saw this book. My friends and I cook and I thought with wine and dine groups I need help with recipies. This has already helped me with 1 group dinner.
